Terms and Conditions

• All guests will be required to fill out and sign the waivers prior to tour. Waivers are sent electronically and are required prior to hotel pick up. Photo ID is required for every guest. 

• For guide driven tours, a damage deposit is not required. For guest driven tours, a drivers license is required, photo ID and $500 is held as a damage deposit. 

• Drivers must be 21 years or older to drive. Guests 16 years and older may be able to drive with another adult 21 years or older. All guests MUST have photo identification. There are no exceptions.

• Adrenaline Junkies will provide each guest with the proper safety equipment such as helmets, goggles and gloves. The safety equipment must be worn at all times during vehicle tours. 

• Any guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate in any of the tours. If a guide has any reason to believe the guest is under influence, they have a right to cancel the tour with no refunds.

• Guests are welcome to cancel or alter their bookings with 48 hours notice. We are unable to process any cancellations or refunds with less than 48 hours notice. No Exceptions. 
• In respect of your fellow guests, If you are more than 15 minutes late to the tour, you will be considered a no-show and no refund will be processed. No Exceptions.
